rain rain go away...

last week the weather was so beautiful, nora and i spent a lot of time outside...and as it is so miserable today, it was nice to look back and remember that spring really is just a day or two away...or a week, but you get the idea...

nora did have sunscreen on, don't worry...but it seems as though she is leaning towards the italian skin...she already has tan lines in the wrist folds...which i absolutely adore...she finally is keeping her sun hat on longer than 5 min at a time, so hopefully by the time summer rolls around she'll leave it on for a full day!

dinner tonight...

although looking a bit like Squiggy (or Eddie Munster, you decide) she started off cute and clean...

things got a little messy when she tried to knock the spoon out of my hand...

and it just got worse...

how can you not laugh at that little mug though! :) dinners are definitely more interesting with a baby!

dinner @ aunt reen's

monday night nora and i got to spend some time with the kennedy side of the family...aunt kathy came in from chicago...this was the first time we've had the chance to see her since Christmas! aunt reen made a delicious yummy italian meal, followed up by a fantastic kahlua parfait...nora was so good for the whole evening...we couldn't have asked for more!

nora pretty much just stared at aunt reen where ever she happened to be in the house...whether it was opening the fridge, standing at the stove or out on the deck, nora didn't miss a trick where poor aunt reen was concerned...

so i forgot nora's sippy cup at my parents the other night, and in trying to get nora to drink her pear juice, i had to break out the new "sports bottle" type cup. it took a couple tries at first for her to figure out exactly what to do with the straw, but after a couple tries, she became a pro! she is just growing too fast...

sunday at mina and boppies...

since mike and bri are both away, mich and i decided i't was the perfect time to "catch up" and spend some time with mom and dad...happy times for mich and i...crazy times for mom and dad. :) the girls were all well behaved (if you don't count the time mom scared annie to tears) and all was well...i was able to get some pics from the day, except when annie commandeered my camera and then my battery died...all in all it was a wonderful sunday afternoon.

nora and annie...annie is such a good helper with nora...she helped me feed her, gave her her sippy cup and rice cereal...molly is a lucky little girl!
